Graphics Card performance drop? - vantage card

I have a complete system on my computer again yesterday when I started playing games of the day I realized that my FPS is very low. I've got a 3DMark Vantage benchmark performance and ony has a value of about 8000th I ECO 280 GTX from BFG, and we know that when he examined one of the guests around 9500. I tried all the other drivers, and the results are the same. Are there any suggestions on what would have happened?

Do you have underclocked speeds shares back? Using GPU-Z check and then reclocked RivaTuner.
