A simple question that all these elements of work with this device? http://www.amazon.com/Opteka-OPT-SC37FE- ... Mainy in the interest of fisheye? Is this the right size? Do I need an adapter ring of some kind? I am a beginner in all this, it would be nice if you had the fish-eye lenses and other things can explain.

Not so fast. I think not.
Watch the goal of Xacti camcorders. Is there a wire inside the ring of the lens? This is necessary to add an external lens or filter. I can find no evidence of fish-eye or telephoto adapter for the camera, no mention of a filter, so I'll say it's not compatible with the external lens / filter.
A wide-angle lens makes things appear more than they are, so you can see in the image width. A fish-eye lens is an extreme version of a wide enlargement, crowding) in the photo / video, but rather in the middle of the image that is larger than the banks (fish to distort the "eye" effect.
